Stephanie Woollard OAM is a visionary leader, social entrepreneur, keynote speaker, author and business coach dedicated to empowering individuals to live lives of purpose and impact. Steph’s track record is nothing short of inspiring. Having followed her heart for humanity from an early age, she has reached great heights and travelled the world sharing her story. Through building enterprise she has achieved significant social change creating jobs and education opportunities for over 5000 women in Nepal through her charity Seven Women, she began at the age of 22yrs when meeting 7 disabled women living in a tin shed on her travels. Stephanie’s journey is marked by significant leadership and she is now wanting to mentor and coach leaders of influence in business to achieve growth and to leave a lasting legacy and impact. 

As a business coach, Stephanie draws upon her diverse experiences and expertise to support individuals and business owners in achieving their full potential and recognise and their unique giftings. With a focus on social impact, sustainability, and ethical leadership, Stephanie helps her people at any stage of business to develop innovative strategies, cultivate resilient mindsets, and navigate the complexities of today’s rapidly changing business landscape. One of Steph’s biggest passions and skills is to get people mobilised, motivated and moving in the direction of their dreams.

In recognition of her extraordinary contributions to social entrepreneurship and community development, Stephanie has been honoured with the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for service to the international community, among many other global recognitions including the Responsible Business Award at the United Nations.
