Melissa began her professional career with a world renowned adventure travel company. Starting out as a receptionist, she climbed through the ranks to become an administrative assistant charged with overseeing the smooth operation of small group tours throughout South East Asia and China, in tandem with the operations manager.
After 15 years in the travel industry she pivoted to interior design and now operates a interior design business in partnership with a family member.
She began working part time for Halftime in February 2018 as the Clients Service Manager and is privileged to help serve hundreds of people in assisting their transition from ’success to significance’.
Melissa lives in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne with her husband and three daughters where they attend a local church and are actively involved in several aspects of church life, including heading up a Food4Thought group out of an industrial factory.
