EnRICHed
re-defining wealth

This is not just another book on life purpose.

Its powerful insights will give you the passion and impetus to start making life- changing decisions to ensure your work leaves its mark on the world.
Take a journey with John as he helps you discover seven life-changing principles that will change your head and heart to become the person you were called to be.

About the book: From a shy Dutch immigrant kid to just trying to fit in to becoming the CEO of one of the most successful financial planning firms in Australia, John shares his story of a radical personal and business transformation.

This is a book that challenges the embraced narrative that success in business is just about making more money. John was living the same script that many business owners and entrepreneurs fall into – working long hours and getting into debt so the business could grow and expand. Measuring success with how many zeros John was making, was costing him his closest relationships and health. He had also become isolated from his local community.

This is a story that every business person needs to read who feels they lack meaning and are not engaged with the bigger picture of why their business exists. John exhorts his readers to recognise that they will only leave a legacy if they stop putting out fires, and instead, start to live out a higher calling that gives them the foresight and strength to withstand the many business challenges that come their way.

Halftime for Couples

GET ALIGNED WITH YOUR SPOUSE, PLAN YOUR SECOND HALF TOGETHER

Halftime for Couples is a roadmap for creating an intimate adventure together. “Halftime” is the season when couples look back and take stock, look forward and dream—then chart a new course together as a couple. It’s about moving beyond success to pursue significance. With author Lloyd Reeb’s guided reflection in this book, your halftime as a couple can be packed with fun, growth, and deep fulfillment.

But living a life of significance always involves risk and sacrifice, and it’s not for the faint of heart. When you face real fears and obstacles on your path of God’s calling, you are drawn closer together. As you look back on those steps of faith, you see where God has worked, allowing you to partner with Him—together.

Lloyd Reeb, Founding Partner at the Halftime Institute, has spent more than 10,000 hours helping leaders wrestle with powerful questions, dream beyond their limits, and craft roadmaps to live out those dreams. But—he did it alongside his wife, Linda, supporting her calling too.

Out of their experience of journeying together during their own halftime season, Lloyd and Linda Reeb have created a practical guide for couples who want to plan their second half together.

“The richest component of a significance-filled ‘second half’ is sharing the journey with those you love. Resist the temptation to head into your second half alone by excluding your spouse. Halftime for Couples is an essential interactive guide for couples who want to finish well together.”

Unmasked

I spent most of my life wearing masks.

*A Family Mask (Saying everything’s fine even though it wasn’t.)

*A Corporate Mask (Becoming someone I wasn’t to do what you wanted me to do.)

*A Religious Mask (Going to church, doing the required duties, and acting holy when in reality I was dying inside.)

Most of us wear masks.

We hide our true self because of insecurity. We hide because of fear. We hide what we don’t like about ourselves. We hide addictions and shameful things and what we think others won’t like about us.

And then…we suffer the consequences.

We were not created to be hidden. We were created to live in a safe community where we are accepted and loved just as we are; warts and all. We were created to live abundant lives; not fearful lives.

It’s time…to come out from behind our masks and be the men and women God created us to be.

YOU-nique, Marvel-US, Be-YOU-tiful, FEAR-less, FAITH-filled and WONDER-FULL!

Unmasked is my first book; a spiritual autobiography that reads like a novel, written for all who are seeking the freedom to just…be…

Are you ready for the unmasking?

Women at Halftime

Are you feeling adrift as you face transitions in a new season of life? It’s time to start dreaming again . . .

Have you made personal sacrifices to pursue something—a career, a relationship, or a quality family life—and now it has changed, gone away, or just doesn’t feel as rewarding anymore? If so, you may be looking for a new source of energy, significance, and joy in the next season. Shayne Moore, a former client of the Halftime Institute, and Carolyn Castleberry Hux, a coach with Halftime, which was founded by the author of the bestselling book Halftime: Moving from Success to Significance, know from experience what it means and how difficult it can be to navigate this territory. In Women at Halftime, Shayne and Carolyn offer you the building blocks for getting unstuck and finding renewed joy and purpose.

Shayne and Carolyn set out to ask you key questions like:

  • Whose voice in your head still silences your voice and your dreams—and what can you do about it?
  • How can you evaluate the activities, people, and places in which you invest your time?
  • Where do you need to embrace freedom from limiting beliefs, fears, perfectionism, or other obstacles holding you back?

Know you are not alone. Transformative growth takes time, but the end result is worth it.
