Andrew Russell

Executive Coach

Andrew Russell is motivated to help people in their personal journey, to reach their greatest potential. He is passionate about seeing others use that potential to positively impact the world.

Andrew has had great success in marketing, both in business and in not-for-profit organisations. In his early career he worked for some of the largest adventure travel companies in the world and has visited all seven continents in the process. This has given him a genuine love for the different countries around the world, their cultures and the people that live there.

Andrew currently works as the Relationship Manager for a multi-awarding winning boutique fund manager called Prime Value Asset Management that has over $2 Billion in Funds Under Management. Using his talents and abilities to communicate, motivate and inspire people, he has a natural way of relating to high achievers from all walks of life, tailoring investment solutions to meet their needs and giving them the means to create wealth for themselves, their families and their communities.

Over the last five years, Andrew has participated in the Halftime Executive Roundtable program, the Dream2Gether retreat and the JUST5 Trip to North India. These programs helped him clarify his own life’s purpose and were a key motivator for him to take on a parallel career, allowing him to commit more time to helping others discover their own personal mission and purpose. He therefore trained as a Halftime coach and facilitator, equipping him to help executives and business owners move from success to significance.

As a Halftime facilitator and coach, Andrew loves to listen to people share their unique story. He is committed to helping people discover their next step in making the transition from ‘success’ to ‘living and leaving a legacy’. He also enjoys sharing his own personal experiences and how they have helped steer him to where he is today.

Andrew enjoys being actively involved in his local community. He has helped establish a thriving Men’s Shed (ShedNite) and is a key leader at a community church he and his family attend. He also loves taking groups overseas to fuel people’s desire to work, ‘give back’ and serve cross-culturally. On sunny days he can often be seen driving his classic 1970 red MG around the hills near his home.

Andrew and his wife Melissa live in Melbourne, Victoria with their three delightful daughters.
