Glenn is a Halftime Master Coach and one of Halftime Australia’s directors. He also provides leadership to Halftime’s global strategy and innovation.
He is the founder and current CEO of LCP Global, an innovative provider of leadership solutions that recognise the connection between personal well-being, resilience, and better performance. With more than 25 years working as a psychologist, executive, and board member in more than 40 countries, he brings a wealth of global experience and insight to leaders.
Prior to starting LCP Global in 2010, Glenn held senior roles in the U.S with a global NGO that had offices in 18 countries and partnerships in 150 countries, where he served as Group Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer for Global Operations. In these roles, he oversaw global strategy, marketing, operations, human resources, and product development, and provided leadership to major program initiatives in the U.S, Asia, South-East Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America, including the introduction of a new global governance and partnership model.
In 2013, he completed a doctorate through George Fox University in the U.S., focusing on the relationship between leadership character and performance. He is an excellent communicator, has authored two books, and spoken to a wide range of audiences all over the world on leadership, marriage, parenting and family issues, including the Beijing Family Forum in China and the United Nations in New York.
Glenn is married to Natalie and they have three adult children.
